It’s time for our Workout of the week!

BS7 Gym manager Gary Cox has put a twist on our usual workout of the week and has set up a Triathlon Challenge for BS7 Gym members to enjoy!

To give it a go, write your combined time of:-

  • Row 2km
  • Bike 5km
  • Run 1km

Your total combined time will be your final score, but if members haven’t got time to complete all these in one go, just make note of each challenge and write you combined score on the board in reception after completing all three challenges.
