Weights Rooms

The weights rooms will be re-painted during the week commencing 28th May, starting with fixed weight/functional room over the Tuesday & Wednesday, with the free weights room being done Thursday & Friday.

Each room be will out of use during the daytime, however they will be cleared and operational again for the evenings from 5pm onwards.
