We will soon be running a new class on Monday nights from 9pm-10pm 'Warrior Workout'. The class will be an all body workout with the main focus being on using the 'prowler' (pictured). The whole body will be worked in this intense class which will be run by BS7 Instructor Nathan.
"I wanted to bring something new and exciting to BS7 and this class is definitely something that members of BS7 will not have experienced before. A combination of pushing and pulling the prowler up and down the indoor hall, whilst others are on the Spin Bike, Sprinting, Squatting & using the rope for a range of exercises. This class will really test all your muscle groups"
This intense class has been trialed for 6 weeks and is aimed at people wanting to be challenged!Speak to Nathan to find out more. Keep a look out on the website for when the class will be going live.
