We are delighted to announce that we have added four new classes to the timetable in February.

We have now introduced our first early morning 'Before Work' class which will be 'Spin' on Monday mornings at 7.10am. We have also introduced an additional Circuits class at 9.15am.

An additional FitSteps class will be added on Friday evenings and will be trialled for six weeks aswell as a brand new class called PureStretch which will take place on Wednesday mornings. BS7 Gym instructor Celi will be running both classes.

What is Pure Stretch?

A PureStretch class will improve your flexibility, increase your core strength and help you get rid of those aches and pains caused through tight muscles. Easy to follow stretches are used throughout this 30 minute class that is suitable for everybody, whether you lift heavy weights and wish to improve your flexibility and range or you want to increase your mobility and flexibility for everyday

FitSteps - 6pm - 7pm (Every Friday, starting on 6th February)

Pure Stretch - 10.15am - 10.45am (Every Wednesday, starting on 11th February)

Spin - 7.10am - 7.55am (Every Monday, starting on 16th February)

Circuits - 9.15am - 10.00am (Every Monday, starting on 16th February)
