Full body workout
LADDER
21-18-15-12-9
LADDER workout means that each exercise is performed 21 times. Once completed then moving down the ladder to 18, with each exercise is now completed with 18 reps. This goes on until you get to 9 reps round.
No rest in between rounds but if you need to take a minute to rest, do so. You can always time your rest and aim to lower your rest period in your next session.

1. DUMBELL SUMO SQUAT INTO SHOULDER PRESS
2. MEDICINE BALL SLAMS
3. KETTELBELL DRAG PLANK
4. LATERAL SHUFFLE WITH PUNCH
5. DUMBBELL BENT OVER ROW INTO BICEP CURL
6. DUMBBELL REVERSE LUNGE INTO LATERAL RAISE
7. DUMBBELL HOLD FLATTER KICKS
