We are pleased to have the new hack squat installed and operational. This new piece of kit is an excellent exercise that can be used by anyone to achieve a great lower body workout. The hack squat is an excellent alternative to barbell squats.

Using the hack squat people can safely exercise the whole lower body in a functional pattern of triple flexion/extension. It’s a useful tool for learning and developing this fundamental movement pattern while ensuring the knees track correctly, feet positioning is correct and maintained and keeps your back in shape.

As the unit makes is easier to position the body correctly and takes away much of the complexity of barbell squatting it allows the user to focus all their attention on the basic movement and muscle strengthening.
