Thank you for all our members who took part in the survey recently. Our lucky participant who will receive a free month and free PT sessions has been selected at random and contacted. Your feedback on BS7 Gym is very much appreciated.

We were delighted that 90% of respondents rated their overall experience of BS7 as Excellent or Good and also that our gym instructors scored a similar percentage for their expertise and friendliness.

That said, there were areas identified where we could improve and we have plans to address a number of these points in the New Year.
