As a dedicated member of BS7 gym and a fitness enthusiast, we’re sure you will have a great selection of healthy and nutritious recipes that you like to cook.

We would like to ask all members to submit to us their favourite healthy recipe (or more if you like)and we will then use them to build an on-line resource where all members can find new and interesting meal suggestions to enhance meal times.

To join us in this quest, simply provide the ingredients for your chosen dish along with any preparation instructions that may be useful and email this to bs7gym@glosccc.co.uk
