Toning the muscles, balanced body and a fantastic cardiovascular workout are the major benefits of a boxing workout. Sparring jabs, power punches, defence and fitness are all aspects of the routine that our instructors such as Henry will put you through.

The session can be varied to suit the individual, whether that be a slower pace workout, focusing on technique or a fast paced intense workout, either way, the session will be one to remember and can give you the extra motivation to push on with the other aspects of your training.
