Due to a significant number of class spaces going to waste each month as a result of people not attending classes they have booked, we have had to implement alterations to the procedure for class non-attendance.

Members who, twice in a calendar month, fail to attend classes they have booked without notification will have their ability to book classes in advance suspended until the end of the following calendar month.

We require that any cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance. If you do find that you are unable to attend on the day, please call 0117 910 8016 as early as possible in order that we can contact other members on the reserve list.

This process is now in effect and as before, anyone missing a class will receive an email confirming the process.  We have had to take these steps to ensure members have the best opportunity to book and attend classes and do not miss out due to others failing to attend.

The class timetable has been expanded significantly over recent times, however the number of wasted spaces is costing members the chance to take part in several classes.  We hope you will appreciate the motives behind this alteration and support this process.

May we remind everyone that 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a class without penalty.
