Need a quick intense workout to get you going through the cold Bristol weather?
Perform 2 exercises back to back with no rest in between the two exercises, then rest for stated amount of time after completing the second exercise. After the rest repeat until you have completed all 3 rounds then move onto your next two exercises.
You can do the exercises with just your body weight or you can add weight accordingly. Aim to keep to the timed rest.
This is a great full body workout which will tone the muscles while burning body fat at the same time.
Try this 20 minute workout.
