We are delighted to bring to you another new class taking place in our Mind Body studio.
The new mindful movement & meditation class will take place every Wednesday from 9.15am to 10.10am. It is included with your BS7 gym membership, however we do reccommend booking as spaces are limited.
Mindful Movement and Meditation combines slow and gentle controlled movements with breathing and secular meditation techniques.
A regular mindfulness practice has been shown to reduce stress, and increase overall well-being.
With emphasis on being curious in the moment and being present in the here and now, these sessions will instil a greater awareness of the mind and body connection.
Please bring comfortable clothes to move in as well as a blanket or a warm layer for the second part of the session.
