Although the current situation with COVID-19 is causing us to stay at home and unfortunately miss out on going to the Gym. We are making sure that our members have plenty of workouts you can get on with in the comfort of your own homes.
For this home workout, we have pieced together a 20 minute complete core conditioning workout.
Workout Instructions:
- Total of 1 minute spent on each exercise including rest
- Increase/decrease rest time to make workout easier/harder
- Beginners: 30s work / 30s rest
- Intermediate: 45s work / 15s rest
- Advanced: 55s work / 5s rest
