We hope you’ve have had a great festive period.
You’ve survived it! You’ve done the hard part, now we look forward to seeing you in the gym in New Year!
Hopefully the Christmas survival trainer tips we gave you in our December ezine have helped you stay in good shape, but don’t worry if you do feel a little less than your usual energetic self, or have even gained a couple of pounds. Getting back into a regular gym routine will soon take care of that and our team of personal trainers are happy to help out and offer advice.
With the gym returning to normal opening hours and classes from 6th January we will also be offering a free health check to all members from this date onwards. It will involve some simple tests and measurements, but most importantly, a bit of time to talk things through with a friendly exercise professional.
