Friends and family are raising money for Tom Clements who until recently was a BS7 Gym Member alongside his partner Liz, who still trains at the gym.

Tom recently suffered a stroke at the age of 36, which was a hugely unexpected event at this stage of his life and also a life changing moment for him and his partner Liz.

Four friends of Tom’s have decided to team together with the aim of raising as much money as possible for the Bristol Area Stroke Foundation. The friends will be taking part in the Cotswolds Triathlon on 11th September 2016. Good luck!!

Everyone from BS7 Gym would like to send their best wishes to Tom!

What is the Bristol Area Stroke Foundation?

When stroke strikes act FAST – but when you’re discharged from hospital you face the long slow process of recovery and adaptation to new-found difficulties. That is where we come in. BASF is a local charity offering a holistic approach to the recovery journey helping to rebuild lives after suffering a stroke.
