We are pleased to offer a Nutrition 4 Weight Loss seminar on the 26th February at BS7 Gym

Our Nutrition 4 Weight Loss seminar, exclusively for BS7 members, will give you all the tools and information to lose weight successfully, keep the weight off and eliminate any confusion you may have over weight-loss.

Grace, our new Personal Trainer at BS7 will be hosting the seminar and after achieving her own weight loss goals and learning how to do this without following a ‘diet’ she would love to pass this information onto you guys.

From this seminar you will learn how weight-loss is achieved whilst taking into account your lifestyle/likes/dislikes and how we can best maintain your weight loss. We will go through weight loss tips, understand habits and look at what our body really needs nutritionally.

Its an opportunity not to be missed by our BS7 members to then go on and be successful, with confidence, in their weight-loss journey.”
