Well done to all the dedicated BS7 Members who have been smashing out some real high intensity
workouts on Monday evenings (20:00) as part of the recently started H.I.I.T. class, and to those
crazy newbies who have incorporated the ‘fresh out the box’ Saturday Morning (10:30) H.I.I.T. class
as part of their relaxing weekend routine.

Special credit goes to the Mecner Sisters, who between them have only missed one H.I.I.T. class since it
started 6 weeks ago.

For those yet to experience what keeps bringing everyone back for more, H.I.I.T. (High Intensity
Interval Training) classes are focused on training with shorts bursts of maximal intensity. Hitting
both the cardiovascular and muscular endurance systems, it is one of the most time effective
methods of burning fat and increasing overall conditioning.

No two sessions are exactly the same, but common themes run throughout, with an emphasis on
team challenges and unique equipment (think battle ropes, slam balls etc.) these sessions fly by.
