BS7 member will captain Wales against England tonight

BS7 Member Rachel Taylor will once again be representing her country tonight against England and will also be wearing the captains armband in this 6 nations clash.

Rachel has been a long term member of BS7 Gym and we are proud to have such a high profile sporting figure training at the gym.

Rachel has recently been interviewed by the BBC in the lead up to the match tonight and says the welsh team's fitness is "much improved". Click here to read the full interview
