This year BS7 Gym is supporting a local charity 'Caring at Christmas' which is a homeless shelter.
The Caring at Christmas Shelter provides warm and safe accommodation over the Christmas and New Year period, providing over 5 beds a night and around 300 hot meals per day alongside medical support, amenities, companionship and entertainment.
We are asking our members of the gym to donate an item off the list below
Food: tea, coffee, sugar, jam, peanut butter, cooking oil, mayo, gravy granules, squash, biscuits, cereals, pasta, tinned food
Non food: washing up powder, washing up liquid, toothbrush, toothpaste, razors, shaving foam, toilet paper, any warm clothes, trainers, shoes, coats, jeans.
We will be accepting donations up until Christmas.
