We will be adding another conditioning class to the timetable in February. The new Body Conditioning class will run on a Thursday morning  from 9.15am-10am, and will begin on Thursday 6 February. This is a great way to start the day. Jules (BS7 Gym Instructor) will be taking the class and will have you toning your body from top to toe.

With other morning classes also available throughout the week such as Intro Spin, Fitness & Tone & Yoga, there is a range of fantastic classes to choose from for an early morning workout.
