Paddy Heath

I joined BS7 gym 6 years ago when I was 17 and it was where my love for fitness was born, it is a very special place to me. It had always been an aspiration of mine to one day work there so I was thrilled when the opportunity came up to join the team. I truly care about the community of members and staff who make up BS7 Gym.

I studied S&C at university and have since gained experience with serval sports teams. I love to take my skills from S&C and apply them to working one on one in personal training and really getting to know clients.
