Coming from a background of performance and dancing, I have always loved to move my body. Depending on my mood, that can change from lifting heavy weights to jumping on boxes to sprinting to disco music. I love to mix up my training styles, not only to keep it fun and interesting but also to challenge my body and see what it's capable of. I believe this encourages a whole-body approach to fitness and helps make it a part of your lifestyle which you enjoy, not something begrudgingly done at the end of the work day.
My own fitness journey has shown me there's no one approach to getting fit; our attitudes and bodies change, and we should embrace that. Building strength and stamina is so important as we age, as well as simply feeling good and empowered in our bodies day-to-day. So whether your goal is to get stronger, improve mobility or simply feel better in your body, I want to help you push past your limits and find the joy in movement.
